Two new quilts

Firestorm

is my newest quilt

and Limeade

is my 2nd finish for 2017.

Something new for me.

Modern quilts.

They are addictive.

Once started I put in 6 hour days until finish.

Especially Firestorm.

It just flew under my needle.

Completely improvisational. 

Grand Rapids

Still not making much progress with the recovery

from my knee surgery 2 weeks ago.

I am still on antibiotics.

Hopefully another week of this will kick this problem.

This quilt will be at the AQS Grans Rapids show.

If you attend look for it.

I am not going to be able to attend the show.

There is always another year.

I want to do some art but cannot find the energy.

I will keep looking.

Maybe it will show up another day,
