Pond lilies in abundance

Lost a couple of days getting injections in my knees.
Nice to be able to walk again.
The process is a bit painful glad o have it over.
I get my first knee replaced end of July.
Any advice out there about knee replacement?
Now I really need to get in gear.
The BIG quit needs to be done.
The next week will be quilting only.
That is why I do most of my work in January
through May I get busy and distracted by the
lovely weather and all the events going on in
the spring.
The Koi pond is on steroids.
7 blooms at once a new record.
All because we were too busy to clean the
bottom of all last years fish poo.
All that fertilizer means lots of lilies.

10 Finished 12 to go.

Finished 10 of the 8 by 10 series art quilts.
I just have 12 to 15 of these to finish and
I will be back to larger art quilts.
This grouping is quilted and mounted on
stretched canvas frames. I find that people
appreciate being able to hang the quilt
like a painting. This scene is in Wisconsin.
The  road to the Cabin in the Woods.
The others are photos taken of the pond last
summer. The waterlilies and frogs are fun to
watch over the summer. I usually do not work
in bright colors but I like these.
For Art Mix these quilts will be a reasonable
priced art quilt. They are easy to make
I had fun silk screening the background.
Now for a quiet Sunday.
Have a good one.
