I need some summer.

 I don't know about you but I need some summer.

Some warmth and some green.

 I must remember to go to the beach more this

summer. Soak in the warmth to prepare for the

winter. Never know we may have another one

like this. Hopefully not. Beaches are good.

I smile when I look at these small art quilts.

They are an instant vacation.

The remembrance of good summer days.

Life is good no matter what the weather.

 

A day at the Indiana Dunes

I have been busy in the studio making small quilts.

 I finished 2 - 12 by 12 art quilts of the Indiana lake shore.

I have 20 small ones done. Enough already.

I am finally getting tired of this series of small quilts.

Friday I will clean the studio and start a different

series, more abstract maybe. I find it is best to

straighten up before a new venture.

Had a nice dinner with

my husband for Valentines. We usually stay in so

it was unusual to have a date on Valentines.
