Fall is here

The prettiest time of the year is here. 

It doesn't last long enough.

We really need lots of rain going into winter.

The pond is the lowest I have seen since 

we moved here. 

All the birds have left the farm except for the 

ones that stay all winter.

The winter birds haven't come back from 

up north yet though.

Relax and enjoy the month of October.

Driving through the countryside yesterday

I saw harvesting going full steam ahead.

Huge machines sometimes 2 at a time 

harvesting the soybeans.

I spent the past 2 days at doctor appointments.

One was good the other not so.

I need to get my blood sugar under control.

At least the view on the way and back home

was pleasant.
