Yesterday I got started on the first panel of the
big quilt. I am starting in the center and working
outward. I have the background stitched down and
will work the details next. I need to build 2 ducks
and a bird for the tree. Today I will not get any
studio time. I need to hang my show in the library
and get my massage. Usually my studio days are
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Sometimes
Saturday mornings. I figure it will take me at
least a week apiece for the 5 panels.
Another week to do the backings.
So maybe by the first of March I will have it
finished.
I don't know if you can see the detail of stitched
trees this will fade into the back ground.
Well off for another day of life.
