Finally the results of the pottery project.

            I finally got all 44 pots fired. Now to add tht
            dried grass and flowers to the pots and
            deliver them the 12th to Lafayette.  Glad to
            have this behind me.

Progress on the new art quilt.

Hopefully I will finish by Monday.

I am in the embellishing stage.

I have been working on this for 4 weeks.

This  will be one of  my entries for the

Jasper County Art League's  member show.

The show opens next Friday the 7th.

Our theme is Trees.

Who does not love trees

especially in the fall with all its color.

Wisconsin at its best.

                         Back to work after a week  of reflection in Wisconsin.
                         Fall leaves are turning there and it was nice.
                         I love cool  weather. Working on a new quilt.
                         I will share  some of the detail with you next.

Back from vacation.

            Just back from a week of recharging my spirit in Wisconsin.
            Lots of rain and clouds but on the last day sunshine came
            back in Door County Wisconsin.  The trees were glowing

               red and gold. The skies were blue - a perfect end to the week.
               Found lost of galleries to look at art. Very good fine arts.
               As always I get some new ideas.  This would make a great
               quilt. Good food and good times now back to the studio.
